What we offer
The role as a Learning & Development Business Analyst is a new role within Global Online eXperience (GOX) where learning is becoming an increasingly fundamental success factor. With the rapid Volvo Cars transformation to direct to consumer sales and the simultaneous development and expansion of the Care by Volvo offer, securing the right pre-requisites for efficient learning and training to GOX’s operational teams and partners is a core foundation for reaching the ambitious targets on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role will work in close liaison with the Operations Learning & Development Lead and the right candidate will have excellent opportunities to be an integral part in shaping this journey and truly make an impact in delivering value to our customers and partners.
What you’ll do
You will be working closely with the Operations Learning & Development Lead with focus on developing and establishing a new way of working for learning delivery, where a new learning platform is currently being tested. You will be working closely with the Fleet Product Owners, the Finance Operations and Commercial Offer teams and other stakeholders within GOX supporting and guiding them in how to produce the best possible learning experience for our end users. And you will follow up the learning experience with the end user community and suggest ways to improve. You will be working across functions and markets ensuring training plans are delivered to all impacted operational teams through scheduling, coordination, and execution as well as follow-up of effectiveness.
More specifically, the work includes:
• Learning platform site design, admin, and efficiency
• Learning development / methodology guidance and support to content creators
• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and securing delivery of trainings to GOX’s operational teams
• Designing and deploying assessment tools to measure training effectiveness to support and drive continuous improvements
• Tracking and maintaining training outcomes (analytics)
• Stakeholder management across functions and markets
You and your skills
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• Previous experience from learning & development in a digital business environment with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of education methodologies, learning principles, and training techniques
• Some experience of how to write basic code
• Some understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Scrum and willingness to learn
• Ability to translate processes and system information into easy-to-understand communications and training
• Strong attention to detail and quality focused mindset
• Strong collaboration and cross-team involvement skills
• High interest in understanding the area you are working within deeply both from a business and digital point of view including the end user´s perspective
• Analytical skills combined with a structured approach and project management skills
• General GOX process and system knowledge is an advantage
• Solid spoken and written knowledge in English (fluent)
