Would you like to develop and grow within Learning & Development in a coordinating role? We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Örebro for a temporary assignment for 12 months.
Our team belong to the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics (RCOE) and work with employer branding, recruitment, onboarding and learning and development (L&D) and have members located in Örebro and Prague. We are an engaged team with the mission to ensure we attract and develop the right people in line with our business strategy and core values.
As a coordinator in the team, you will have a broad and operational role to ensure an excellent learning experience for participators through administration and coordination of various learning activities and initiatives. Your focus area is primarily to daily coordinate upcoming learning activities, manage registrations, changes, cancellations, roster management and attendance. As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will work in collaboration with the team, managers and HR.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate, administrate, update and align the learning offerings with the strategic forecast and the evaluation of the learning activities
* Compile and analyze evaluations of learning activities and signal the L&D specialists to trigger actions and improvements.
* Empower employees to succeed with their L&D goals by personalizing and optimizing the user experience.
* Compile and submit L&D reports to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the organization with information and communication around learning initiatives.
* Continuously analyse and suggest process improvements and more efficient ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology
* Promote the use of globally selected tools, such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Teams, Streams
* Active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally, and globally

Are you our candidate?
As a person, you have good experience from administrative work, HR-systems and tools that supports the processes and daily work. You have experience from coordinating activities, planning and driving projects and love to be a part of an engaged team and work agile.
You are service minded, proactive and solution oriented with excellent coordination skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
You have a university degree in Business administration or similar. To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in the following:
* 1-3 years of experience from a similar coordinating role, advantageous if you have experience from Learning & Development.
* Good knowledge and experience from various HR-systems/LMS system.
* Knowledge within Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
* Excellent English and Swedish communication skills.
