Work in an international environment across borders with many skilled colleagues.

Develop learning and development solutions together with stakeholders to ensure efficient and to the point development opportunities for our employees

Gather feedback of completed trainings to evaluate and measure training results.

Be a consultant and speaking partner to stakeholders and competence owners to provide most appropriate development solution.

Adjust and improve existing learning and development solutions.
What will you do in this role:
- As a learning and development expert you are working in different projects, of various scope and size with colleagues from our Baltic countries, and stakeholders from the business.
- In our work we strive towards a proactive and consultative approach to make sure we find the root cause of the challenge ahead to make sure we develop the right learning solutions.
- Your work tasks will mainly consist of coordinating the production of new trainings with need analysis, develop training solution together with stakeholders and implement follow up within the area of our regulatory trainings.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Minimum of 2-3 experience of running projects from start to end, preferable within HR or the L&D area.
- Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, collaboration and organisation skills, as well as business-oriented thinking.
- Ambition and eagerness to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
