Are you passionate about learning and development and would like to give your contribution, as well as to grow professionally? Are you interested in working in depth with our learning system Cornerstone SBX (SABA) as a super user making sure that our learning and development solutions is distributed to our employees in most efficient way?
At Swedbank and in particular within this role, you have the opportunity to:

Work in an international environment across borders with many skilled colleagues;

Develop learning and development solutions to ensure needed competence development;

Be a consultant and speaking partner to stakeholders and competence owners to provide most appropriate development solution;

Work as an an expert of Learning Management System, to, maintain and proactively develop it further;

Adjust and improve existing learning and development solutions.
What will you do in this role:
- As a learning and development expert and superuser for our learning management system Cornerstone SBX (SABA) you will be working both with maintaining the set-up of the system and implementation projects
- You will be responsible for assuring that trainings are allocate to our employees in a correct way as well as handling certificates and training launches from a system perspective.
- You will be working closely with the system owners within Group HR, as well as with other Baltic colleagues having the same responsibility as you.
- In our work we strive towards a proactive and consultative approach to make sure we find the root cause of the challenge ahead to make sure we develop the right learning solution
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Interest in understanding the technical set-ups and how things are working and willingness to develop within this area
- Digital savviness and oriented in different learning ecosystems
- Analytical with the ability to both see the full picture, as well as to dig into details
- Passion and understanding about people development, learning and growth and willingness to work and succeed in this field;
- Experience of running projects from start to end, preferable within HR or the L&D area.
- Eager to learn new things and, share experience and know-how with other colleagues
