What will you do?
Challenge us to learn new things! As Learning & Development Lead your role is to create a Stena Line learning culture by developing and executing a learning & development strategy. In this role you will implement a digital learning module with efficient trainings and learnings. With this in place it will enable our people and teams to grow, learn and develop to stay relevant and lead Stena Line into future success.
You will work together with Stina and Janine within Leadership & Talent Development as well as People & Communications. As people are our most important asset your contribution will make a difference and you will have the whole organisation as your arena.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Establish and implement a learning module in our One People system
• Establish a learning & development strategy, structure and process
• Design and develop creative and high quality interactive learnings for virtual and classroom training
• Design, build and ensure delivery of leadership programs and training modules according to requirements, plan and strategy
• Facilitate leadership programs and conduct workshops and coaching within specific target groups on any level in the organisation
• Identify, track and drive measurement regarding impact on the business, enhanced leadership skills and behaviours etc.
• Challenge and explore new ways of working and methods regarding constantly learnings, promotion of a Stena Line learning culture etc.
Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development and can challenge us in developing our people to their full potential. As a person you are a communicative team-player who knows how to collaborate with both internal and external partners. You are also forward-thinking and work in a structured and pedagogical way, which will definitely come in handy in this new role. With your solid experience and competence in the area, we believe you can contribute and help the team on our exciting journey ahead.
The must-haves:
• Experience working in a LMS (Learning Management System) system, preferably part of implementing one
• Solid experience of designing, developing and delivering training programs and learning concepts, both virtual and classroom training
• Experience in developing and implementing a Learning & Development strategy
• Experience working as a facilitator and conducting individual coaching
• Experience within the leadership development field
• Advanced computer skills
• Previous experience creating E-learnings based on given content
• Previous experience creating follow up reports and analyse current situation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
HR background with interest and knowledge in competence and capabilities development is definitely a plus!
