Learning & Development Lead

We are now looking for a Learning & Development Lead that wants to join our fantastic Group People Attraction and Development team here in Lund and contribute to our success journey forward!

WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
The Learning & Development Lead is a member of the Group People Attraction and Development team which consists of three functions: employer branding, recruitment and learning & development. The area learning & development has a great focus from the organization moving forward and Axis philosophy is to strengthen and grow the individuals and teams on their Axis journey. The group L&D team (2 people) together with their counterparts in local Axis organisations around the world has a central part in driving our learning culture, to secure L&D global processes and support growth mindset.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE AS A LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LEAD
You will have the responsibility to drive, maintain and develop the global L&D framework and initiatives. You will work in a multicultural environment and in close cooperation with the L&D teams in Axis world. In addition to this you will:

* Secure performance management development and automation
* Communicate and promote global learning initiatives including Axis Mentorship program and learning on demand
* Design and improve our global leadership development initiatives
* Drive and develop our way of working with succession planning
* Work together with the L&D function on Axis Learning strategy

WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you are a driven, efficient, and structured L&D Lead that loves working with people as well as systems. You have previously worked with global learning initiatives and can easily see the big picture. As a person you are motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues and where you can give a high-class service to our employees. Furthermore, you are a good communicator and work through listening to others to understand as well as you are prestige less and self-aware.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR THAT YOU HAVE:

* A degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* 5 years' experience in a similar role
* An interest of working with the digitalizing of the L&D area
* Fluent written and verbal English
