Are you a true change leader with a passion for learning and development?
As Learning & Development Lead your main mission will be to create a Stena Line learning culture by developing and executing a learning & development strategy, structure and process. You will implement a digital learning module with efficient trainings and learnings. With this in place it will enable our people and teams to grow, learn and develop to stay relevant and lead Stena Line into future success.
You will work closely together with your colleagues across the People & Communications department, both on a corporate level as well as regional. As people are our most important asset your contribution will make a big difference and you will have the whole organisation as your arena. With people experience at its core, this role plays a vital part in creating the right conditions for our employees to prosper.
Key responsibilities:
- Secure a digital learning solution
- Develop, own and drive a Learning & Development strategy
- Set structures and processes for L&D to reach all the way out in the organisation
- Design, build and ensure delivery of trainings, aligned with our business needs and strategy
- Identify stakeholders and topic owners, support them in tracking and driving measurement regarding impact and effect on business, people and competence
- Challenge and explore methods and new ways of working regarding constant learning and individual development, to promote a learning culture at Stena Line

To complete this new team we´re now looking for a People Development Lead and a Learning & Development Lead. Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. To succeed in this position we are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development. Furthermore you are a communicative team-player who knows how to collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. You are forward-thinking and works in a structured and pedagogical way, which will definitely come in handy in this new role. You dare to challenge and be decisive in decision making.
The must-haves:
- Previous experience from the Learning & Development field,
both strategic (vision and structure) and operational (measurement, LMS, other tools).
- Relevant education/background within Learning and/or HR
- Project management skills
- Communication skills
- Solid experience of designing, developing and delivering training programs and learning concepts
- Experience creating virtual trainings based on given content
- Analytical skills to follow up reports and analyse current situation
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
