To meet new demands on our people and leaders, Stena Line has created a new and more focused team within our People & Communications department to ensure we continue developing our people, our company and our business. To complete this new team we´re now looking for a Learning & Development Lead.
Scope of the position
As Learning & Development Lead you will create a Stena Line learning culture by developing and executing a learning & development strategy. It will be your mission to create a structure and process to handle the business’ needs of training initiatives. You will also implement a digital learning module with efficient trainings and learnings. With this in place it will enable our people and teams to grow, learn and develop to stay relevant and lead Stena Line into future success.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a learning & development strategy, structure and process
• Establish a learning hub (LMS) in our “One People system” (Human Capital System)
• Design, build and ensure delivery of trainings, aligned with our business needs and strategy
• Identify, track and drive measurement regarding impact and effect on business, people and competence
• Challenge and explore new ways of working and methods regarding constantly learnings, promotion of a Stena Line learning culture etc.
Who are you?

Furthermore you are a communicative team-player who knows how to collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. You are forward-thinking and works in a structured and pedagogical way, which will definitely come in handy in this new role.
The must-haves:
• Experience from the Learning & Development field
• Project management skills
• Communication skills
• Solid experience of designing, developing and delivering training programs and learning concepts
• Previous experience creating virtual trainings based on given content
• Previous experience creating follow up reports and analyse current situation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
