Inter IKEA Centre Group It is time to start up a Learning & Development Management role to the Human Resources function and by that meet the competence development needs of our expanding group.In constant dialogue with the organisation, you will have the challenging task of being responsible for building up and coordinating the "IICG University". The "IICG University" will offer training modules in areas such as leadership, shopping centre management, and intercultural communications.Other trainings will be group introduction, language trainings, presentation and negotiation skills etc.This position will give you the opportunity to travel throughout Europe to meet suppliers and colleagues.You will assess training needs within the organization.This is done in close cooperation with group and local management and always with our business plan, company values and strategy in focus.Further you will contract, co-operate with and evaluate external training suppliers.The coordination and administration of training activities e.g.conference bookings, participations lists, evaluations etc, will be other important tasks included in your position.You have a solid HR experience and a good understanding of training & development as a mean to reach strategic business goals.You have excellent pedagogical and presentation skills to be used both spoken, in written and in lay out.You are an initiator who naturally builds networks internally and externally.You are strategic and see where the long term processes lead to.You are as well action oriented and flexible in our fast changing organisation from small and local to big and European group.This inspires you and you understand the challenges and the needs in organisational growth.You get energy from working in a complex and international environment where your communication skill is a success factor.You are the one who make things happen, is service minded and also care for the administrative details that easily fall in between.
