We are now looking for a Learning & Development Partner. The role of L&D partner is new at NKT in Karlskrona. This means that you can highly impact the forming of the role in close cooperation with stakeholders. You will be a part of NKTs HR team and will work closely integrated in the Swedish organization and in close collaboration with HR colleagues and other stakeholders. Already today we work a lot with this area and your role will be to coordinate those already existing initiatives and initiate new ones. You will work close to the business to be able to catch the needs and match with the right activities whether it is an on the job training, an education or other.
We can offer oceans of challenging tasks, but to mention a few, you will:
* Coordinate and develop local L&D initiatives and programs and develop customized materials and programs adapted to specific business priorities and outcomes.
* Identify, develop and promote the learning roadmap and training activities. You will, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation and skills training for employees and customers.
* Assess training needs for the organization in Karlskrona through surveys, interviews and dialogues with managers and instructors.
As a L&D Partner, you will play an important role in ensuring that NKT in Karlskrona has the right skills to deliver on its short- and long-term business strategy. You will work together with HR Manager, global L&D colleagues and other subject matter experts to understand strategically important functional skills areas and gaps, and define the learning roadmap for NKT. Together with these areas you will also, depending on the topic, present training and development programs using various forms and formats in the purpose of developing unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills. We use internal resources for some trainings but it will be in your task to examine external providers in other areas.

To be successful in the position as L&D Partner, the ideal candidate is a passionate facilitator that understands the needs of the business. As a person, you bring a positive personality that enjoys interacting with, and inspiring others. You have strong communication and storytelling skills that can hold the focus and engagement of an audience. You can also successfully promote and raise awareness about NKT, both international and global. You are an L&D processional with ability to hand-on facilitate development programs at various levels and in different formats. You are familiar with concepts and theories relating to both learning and leadership development, coaching and other power skills. You also have good experience in facilitation of learning programs in a variety of formats i.e. online, blended and classroom learning.
Additionally your cv comprises:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, training and development or related field required
* At least two years of training experience required
Also, you bring:
* Self-driven with a structured approach to your work, and the ability to ensure detail-oriented practical execution
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills and networking and coordination abilities as well as a deep desire to support and collaborate
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is a requirement
