Your role
You will be an important member of our team at Group Functions - Group HR - Learning & Development (L&D) and play a crucial part in creating the Saab Learning Landscape, which will give our employees the opportunities they need to grow professionally.
Learning & Development works closely with Group Strategy and Competence owners to provide the framework for strategic workforce planning, the assessment of needs for competence and as Learning Drivers in the curation of strategic Learning Journeys.
L&D provides processes and expertise on how to translate needs into learning solutions. You will be a key interface towards Functional, Competence owners and Business Area stakeholders. The Learning & Development Specialist may be located in either Stockholm at Saab HQ or Linköping.
The main tasks are:
* Advice on how business needs are translated into learning strategies and end-to-end learning solutions to fill gaps for short and long-term competence development needs.
* Continuously develop and strengthen learning opportunities by finding new ways to offer learning, create relevant curriculas and learning pathways & Journeys s in close cooperation with our content partners
* Provide guidance and support to the business in relation to learning design and learning principles
* Curate content based on target group and create learning pathways, programs and campaigns together with Functional / competence owners
* Actively work towards building a strong continuous learning culture with focus on learning in the flow of work
* Work with Learning related data to perform analysis as a base for decisions, measuring effectiveness and usage and the impact of our initiatives
* Contribute in global projects and other initiatives within the L&D area
Your profile
You will play an important role in our Learning culture transformation and you have a passion for developing people. You are a learning and development specialist and have the ability to create results in a complex environment. You will, together with the team, improve our learning organisation and our ability to create business value short and long term.
Required skills:
* A relevant academic degree
* Extensive and relevant experience within the Learning & Development area
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Strong collaboration and networking skills
* Strong Communication skills
Desired skills:
* Experience from Learning transformations and change management
* Project management experience with strong planning and problem-solving skills
* Experience from Leadership Development
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
