Your role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist for our business area Surveillance. You will be a part of the HR Surveillance HR team and report to Head of HR for Surveillance.

Surveillance are about 5500 employees internationally and will grow both in Sweden and internationally the coming years.

Your main tasks will be:

Advice on how business needs are translated into end-to-end learning solutions
*

Advice on tactical and strategic learning plans
*

Drive and coordinate strategic workforce planning process
*

Drive and coordinate talent management process
*

Use analytics to identify gaps and opportunities where learning can be used to increase results
*

Implement Saab Common L&D Iniatives through HR and the Management teams in Surveillance
*

Drive and coordinate Learning administrators forum for Surveillance
*

Work close with Strategy and the business to close skill/competence gaps



Your profile

We believe you have:

*

A relevant university degree
*

Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, preferably from Tech industries



Required skills:

*

Strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organisational needs
*

A continuous improvement mindset, pro-active attitude and agility
*

Excellent interpersonal skills and effective relationship building across organisations
*

Ability to balance the strategic and the operational with strong implementation and drive for execution
*

Sound judgement and decision making
*

A passion for continuous learning
*

A good presenter, both in English and Swedish
*

High energy, resilience and integrity



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
