We are currently looking for a senior Learning & Development Specialist to join Business Tech organisation within H&M Group.

About the role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, your mission will be to enable our employees to grow! We are in an agile transformation and you will strengthen our learning culture and based on our future competence needs, you will design, develop and deliver a professional skills learning strategy.
We want you to be a source of inspiration for the agile mindset. With passion and encouragement, you will make agile principles an integral part of the H&M culture. You possess great people skills, a large dose of curiosity and a positive can-do attitude to motivate your surroundings. Finding, implementing and pursuing radical new ideas and solutions, even in complex situations, really gets you going. You will guide, educate and improve our learning organisation, the way of working in our agile journey to become more customer centric in a modern tech environment. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you strive to relentlessly strengthen our agile mindset with the customer in focus.
We are on a journey together which means there is not one clear path. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organization. As Learning & Development Specialist you will be part of Business Tech HR where you will play an important role.
Your responsibilities
• Play a critical role in Business Tech and the H&M Group becoming the place to be for tech talents, by ensuring a culture of curiosity, continuous learning and professional skills development
• Design and implement a Business Tech learning strategy, based on business requirements for our current and future skills
• Lead, develop, implement and monitor learning solutions and programs for Business Tech, enabling our business strategy
• Ensure the appropriate structures, resources and solutions are in place to address capability needs for our colleagues, including budget responsibility
• Enhance the organizational performance of Business Tech, through the development and delivery of effective learning solutions
• Ensure alignment, integration and collaboration with HR colleagues within Business Tech and the H&M Group, as well as with Business Tech leaders and professionals.
• Play an active role in building our future Business Tech competence networks, professional growth paths and community

• Project management experience with strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Experience of large scale systematic method implementation
• Experience from being part of transformations and change management and knowledge of Agile way of working.
• Ideally experience of training deliveries and learning material design
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Are fluent in written and spoken English

Practical info
This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to Head of HR at Business Tech. Please apply with CV and Cover Letter as soon as possible but no later than October 25th.
