We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to partner and support our leaders and HR community at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Scandinavia, in striving to help our people advance their skills and knowledge.
What you would do as our L&D Specialist
You will play a key role in enhancing our organizational culture and leadership by aligning our business and peoples' needs through successful training and development opportunities. Lead various L&D projects and initiatives, such as: Emerging leader's program, graduate programs, leadership programs, diversity & inclusion activities, to name a few.
As a member of our HR team, you will also support our talent management process in the areas of talent pipeline, programs, and development functions, as well as drive our diversity agenda by creating a holistic approach to success.
You would also:
Define developing, learning, and diversity inclusion strategies while continuously improving our internal processes.
Design and implement courses, workshops, activities, and programs.
Partner with our HR community and leadership teams in driving our diversity initiative.
Produce effective training methods, materials, and learning contents.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Bachelor's degree in HR, learning or similar.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective L&D methods, plans, contents, and practices.
Assess the success of training and development programs.
Supports leadership, managers, HR community in all areas of L&D, diversity programs, and other initiatives.
Excels on project management.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building talent.
English language proficiency combined with a Scandinavian language is preferable.
Exposure to SuccessFactors Learning module is an advantage.
Ideally, you find it effortlessly building relationships with people of all levels and locations. Sharp business acumen, organizational and planning skills combined with a service-oriented mindset, high drive and a willingness to take own initiatives is second nature to you.
