We are now looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. We belong to the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics, work with employer branding, recruitment/onboarding and learning and development and have members located in Örebro and Prague. We are engaged team members with the mission to ensure we attract and develop the right people in line with our business strategy and core values.
As a Learning & Development Specialist you will work in collaboration with the team, managers, and HR and your responsibilities will include:
* Driving the Learning and Development activity lifecycle, from need analysis, sourcing of suppliers and content design to evaluation and analysis of gap closure.
* Ensuring broad and agile learning opportunities, offering something for all employees.
* Creating a forecast and continuously review and evaluate, to make sure our offer is meeting local and regional business needs, futureproofing Epiroc in terms of upskilling, re-skilling and safeguarding the strategic business direction.
* Ensure the expertise and pedagogic levels in both internal and external trainer pools, negotiate contracts and investments to maximize use of resources.
* Continuously improve our working processes, trendspotting to adapt to new ways of learning, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler.
* Driving global strategies and initiatives in the region, collaborating with the global team to ensure regional fulfilment within areas such as Continuous Learning and Digital Learning.
You will be working at our main office located in Örebro, where we have flexible workplaces, newly built offices and lots of creative and pleasant meeting areas.

Are you our candidate?
You should have 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role and good knowledge in pedagogy for adult learning as well as effective skills in development and a suitable bachelor's degree, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar. You also have good knowledge in relevant suppliers and digital tools, such as platforms for e-learnings. You enjoy building relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders and have strong self-management skills. You have a strong drive to work on continuous improvement and digitization in line with our vision - Dare to think new.
Apart from enjoying all aspects of collaboration, you are enthusiastic about trends and methods in the learning area. You are a team player and enjoy sharing your experience with your colleagues. We also see that you have previous experience working in HR systems that support the process in our daily work. You have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
