Are you a strong content creator with a background in Learning and Development? Are you passionate about training and developing people in a leading-edge expansive company? Trustly continues to grow and are now looking for a Learning Experience Designer to their HR Transformation team.
About the role
The core purpose of the Learning Experience Designer role is to give proactive support to the creation and execution of the Learning & Development landscape at Trustly - a journey to accelerate our talent and grow our business. You are part of the HR Transformation team reporting to the HR Transformation Director.
In this capacity you will be responsible for planning, structuring, designing and coordinating learning experiences, both digitally and physically. You will help assess learning gaps, define measurable goals for our learners and suggest ways to improve and optimize the usability of the digital learning experience across the organization.
You will also be actively collaborating across the business, by coordinating the different L&D processes across the employee life-cycle. In addition to this you will create and manage relationships with existing and new partners, as well as be responsible for the day to day management to grow the Trustly Training Academy.
What you’ll do
As a tech organization we move fast and adapt as we go, and your contribution to our business on your day-to-day will be. Together with the HR Transformation team, you will be part of setting the direction for the Learning & Development Ecosystem at Trustly:
• Promote L&D initiatives, services and resources and work with the business and identified support partners to identify learning needs.
• Play a supporting role on projects and programmes of training to employees and functions, focusing on improvement and increase the solution offering to the business.
• Lead and review effective new employee onboarding initiatives.
• Design learning experiences - classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job - to enable employee engagement and growth in the flow of work.
• Design and develop, for example, Online learning, Virtual learning and Internal communications.
• Manage the L&D initiatives and efforts in our LMS/LXP system, promoting community engagement, content creation/deployment and supporting user adoption.
• Follow up on employees and managers’ satisfaction post-intervention to ensure courses and suppliers meet business requirements for employee’s development.
• Develop appropriate metrics that evaluate and report on the impact of organizational development, learning and change programmes.

As a professional, you are/have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Experience from Project Management and Change Management
• Proven skills in instructional design for classroom and online delivery
• Experience managing and sourcing external suppliers
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (ppt, xls, doc)
• Fluency in English
