Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to strengthen our fantastic team. As our next team member your main responsibilities will be to analyze, craft and develop high-value learning experiences. In this role, you will also collaborate with subject matter authorities from a variety of fields to provide value for Ericsson by translating business needs and technology opportunities into impactful learning experiences.
The Digital Learning consist of 23 committed Learning Specialists. We are a diverse and geographically distributed team with different backgrounds. We have an open, respecting, and honest climate, and we always try to be encouraging towards each other by enabling people to grow.
You will
• Participate and guide all stages of the learning development cycle, from needs analysis to roll-out and evaluation
• Craft and develop a range of formal and informal learning experiences, including E-Learning, Virtual Classroom training and blended learning solutions, as well as websites, social learning experiences, and other innovative learning initiatives
• Build relationships with partners to set and handle expectations, build project plans, and communicate project progress
• State performance objectives and define learning content that matches them as well as evaluate training implementation and return on training measurements
• Encourage and promote a self-organizing behaviour, proactivity and agile ways of working
To be successful in the role you must have
• Ability to apply appropriate instructional design theories for online, blended and face-to-face learning interventions
• Solid knowledge of learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate360 and Adobe Captivate)
• Experience from working with Adobe After Effects in creating motion graphics
• Demonstrated experience working with Instructional Design and Technology or Training Development
• Visual design skills, ability to storyboard, ability to write instructional scripts
• Solid dedication to precision and attention to detail and lead by example
• Results oriented, self-starter, ensure delivery of time and on budget
• Ability to work creatively and virtually in a distributed team across different times zones, geographies and cultures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Instructing, Learning Design or related field
