What you will do
As a Learning Experience Designer at Ericsson, your key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement creative instructional programs, material and use cutting-edge technologies to enhance learning impact.

You will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in instructional design.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and integrating technology into learning solutions.
Collaboration and communication skills, adaptable to changing priorities.
Demonstrated creativity in designing engaging instructional materials.



Ideal Experience and Requirements:
Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field and experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
