Range is one core businesses within Inter IKEA Group, responsible for developing and supplying the global IKEA range.
About the HR Digitalisation
The HR Digitalisation encompasses several initiatives to strengthen People and Culture processes and tools within Inter IKEA Group, and to build capabilities for us to work more closely together. These capabilities are the foundation for efficient People and Culture processes, supported by high quality and real time data for faster and better decision making. To enable value adding and collaborative ways of working and improve the employment journey.
We are now looking for a Learning lead supporting the implementation of our People and HR solutions.
Job Description
This is a permanent position as Learning lead with the initial assignment to roll out the implementation of Workday within Industry. In this initial assignment you will have stakeholder relations and close collaboration with Industry units across eight countries. You will work closely with project members, Workday solution team and with our implementation partner. You will report to worker at Core Business Range and report in matrix to the project manager for Workday implementation. Once the roll out is finalized you will to the Workday Solution Management team.

You have relevant experience in system roll-outs of larger Digital HR systems

For this role you are an experienced leader in a leading position in the technology and HR field.
It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with ServiceNow HR service Delivery.
