Job Summary:
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a critical component in most of Ericsson’s business flows.
PLM enables product information creation and usage during Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Delivery and Support and includes people, ways of working, business capabilities, applications, data and technology. A continued digital transformation of our PLM solution is vital for our ability to continue to evolve our business models, explore new ways of engaging with customers and enable smarter product development and manufacturing. Business Area Networks (BNEW) has been given the corporate responsibility for Development, Delivery and Operation of Ericsson’s PLM system which includes the transformation of the PLM solution.
We are now establishing the organization that will enable this PLM transformation. Our ambitions are high, and we are looking for you who has experience from larger PLM transformations and PLM solutioning as well as you who recently have graduated with an interest for development in the sense of crafting solutions.
In the PLM area, there are many partners residing in many organizations, further there is an ongoing transformation that will impact our business processes and the people using the processes. To succeed with the PLM mission, we have decided to strengthen our team with a leader who can take ownership and strategically plan our communication as well as producing content.
Responsibilities:
Be on top of the current situation in the line organization and in the projects, from a learning point of view.
Continuously analyze and understand where we have gaps in our learning and suggest and drive improvements to bridge those gaps.
Sometimes work dedicated to support the PLM projects with learning strategy and contribution.
PLM Academy owner
Lead the team of learning contributors in the different PLM projects

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Learning or similar
Advanced skills in modern learning build up
Communications skills and creative problem solver
Basic knowledge of what PLM is and the related systems and processes, and what is required in terms of learning in the area
You are a “Go-To” person with an excellent teammate attitude and an aim to achieve results
Courageous with the ability to motivate and clearly defend a standpoint
