Learning Professional

The Atlas Copco Holding Nordic HR & Learning team is a small and highly dedicated team located in Sickla. In the learning area we deliver common functional or soft skills training based on needs in the region covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Your mission as Learning Professional will be to develop our learnings offerings to the next level:
Go from a mainly Swedish offering to a Nordic offering in close cooperation with local stakeholders, e.g local HR
Increase the amount of participants in Nordic trainings
Develop high performing and diverse supplier base
Broaden the blended learning offering, with efficient learning, flexibility and cost efficiency in mind
Build-up an in-house knowledge in developing simple online learnings
Further develop our training administration

More general tasks in addition will be:
Facilitating, developing and driving Nordic learning initiatives in close cooperation with operations – weather it’s facilitating, workshops, advising or developing new offerings based on our talent framework
Give trainings in certain areas
Regular contacts with our training suppliers
Plan, coordinate and administrate training sessions, including training administration in our Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
Order and invoice handling

What we can expect from you
You have a passion for learning and competence development of people and organizations. You have a strategic mindset when planning learning outcomes and a practical attitude when it comes to learning solutions. You have experience in designing learning solutions and programs, as well as strong project management skills.
You are a self-starter who can work independently but values collaboration as well and you like to work in a changing and high pace environment with great colleagues
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you have excellent skills in English
You have experience of administration in a learning management system
