We are looking for a committed and passionate individual to join the Learning Strategy and Performance team in the role of Learning Program Lead focusing on our products and services. The purpose of the role is to support the performance of retailer and internal consumer-facing teams, through the timely provision of the necessary skills and knowledge, to be able to understand and work confidently with, and on, our products throughout their lifecycle.
This role will mean continuous functional collaboration with the entire commercial L&D team, working on requirement setting across multiple channels and with a broad stakeholder group from across the product and service landscape. You will join a highly interesting area with a large business scope; an area that secures profitable and efficient omni-channel development and drives future oriented premium consumer experience in support of our retailers.

Location:
We operate from Volvo Cars headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is therefore the preferred location for the ideal candidate. Alternative locations in Sweden and Europe can be discussed if expertise strongly matches the desired profile.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with learning audience owners to identify their development needs to inform the strategic L&D roadmap.
• Consult with core stakeholders to identify business driven development needs to inform the strategic L&D roadmap.
• Lead the product and service L&D workstream, working with regional colleagues to ensure that solutions identified have global reach
• Proactively research and keep abreast of industry best practice, innovation, and methodologies.
• Provide detailed requirements to the Programme Management Office and Learning Operations team to ensure the creation of performance driven content.
• Work with the wider Strategy and Performance team to ensure an integrated and effective overarching approach to commercial learning and development with robust associated success measures
Key Skill Areas
• You have excellent commercial performance understanding and product expertise in an Automotive world.
• You are an L&D Subject Matter Expert with a good understanding of learning practices and how to deliver lasting behavioural change and effective knowledge development.
• You are highly experienced in stakeholder management and have exceptional skills in communication and relationship building.
• You are skilled in assuring strategic oversight.
• You can clearly articulate scope and requirements for delivery through others
• You are comfortable operating in a matrix organization and delivering through others as part of a shared vision.
• You can prioritize efforts and move between rapidly changing goals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Has an in depth understanding of digital learning solutions and their practical
