Are you one of our future key players? Toyota Material Handling Europe is looking for a Learning Specialist to the IGNITE-program.

TMHE have started a business harmonization journey (IGNITE) and we are now entering the Implementation phase. Launching our SAP transformation program involves process harmonization, integration development and implementation of SAP S4 Hana. Together with our implementation partners at Deloitte we will harmonize our processes amongst all Sales Organizations in Europe.
The Challenge
TMHE is going through the largest change in over 25 years and IGNITE is at the very center of that journey. It is a chance to truly develop, work in a multi-national program team and get the chance to learn from the very best implementation partner within SAP S/4 Hana. You will carry out a Learning Strategy in 20 European countries, with end users from all walks of life. The Organisational Change Management (OCM) team consists of a group of experts, we learn from one another and drive the ambitious change strategy forward together.
You will develop a large network within our organization and be an important piece in this large puzzle we call IGNITE. We are looking for a person who is driven by the challenge ahead, who has a team spirit and a empathic approach to people and learning.

Your role
A key responsibility of the Learning Specialist is to design and roll out the learning strategy of the IGNITE Program. Furthermore, you will be responsible for carrying out the learning curriculum to the rest of the IGNITE Program, the central organization of TMHE and the local Marketing & Sales Companies in the different roll-outs. You will be in close contact with a large group of people on all levels in the company and will need to have a good understanding of the organizational structure of TMHE and high familiarity with company culture.
Next, the Learning Specialist will be responsible for carrying out the planned learning strategy together with their Deloitte counterpart. The IGNITE Program works within a two-in-a-box concept for many of its managerial roles where every internal subject has a consultant counterpart. One to represent Toyota with the perspective of our organization and one to represent the expertise of S4/HANA implementations.
The Learning Specialist will work in close contact with the OCM Managers to strategically plan and carry out the Change Approach. You will need to have a solution driven mind set as the tempo of the program is high and travel frequently is to be expected.
Your challenge
Your main challenges will be to:
- Plan and execute Learning Needs Analysis (central and local)
- Plan Learning Strategy together with Change Manager and Deloitte Counterparts
- Plan and execute Learning Curriculum
- Support Train-the-trainer events with Deloitte
- Lead the organization in the end user training
- Support the Change Network
Your profile
You need to have
- Experience in planning and driving learning programs
- Background in learning analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of core Learning Management standards
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the programme team
- An understanding of TMHEs informal culture and the organizational structures
It is preferable if you also have
- Experience in technology adoption/transformations
- Experience within teaching or coaching in large international organization
- Understanding of core Program Management standards
- A proactive mindset and demonstrates well-developed organisational skills
