We are looking for a Learning Specialist to support our employees in the Nordics. You will be part of a European learning community and work cross functions to support our people agenda. Part of your responsibility will be to manage the onboarding programs for our new hires, and you will be required to travel within the Nordics on a recurring basis.
Detailed description:
Developing learning strategy and plans, including defining learning needs, forecasting demand for future program, developing learning calendars and journeys for specific groups of learners
Driving the strategic thinking and operational delivery of Local Learning and Onboarding programs, i.e. qualifying participants, recruiting faculty, occasionally serving as faculty, overseeing logistics, managing program finances, collecting, evaluating, communicating and acting upon feedback
Monitoring Firm Learning program completion, taking action where needed
Providing guidance to and advising learners on their learning and development journeys, ensuring the right learning opportunities at the right time
Contributing to and leading ad-hoc learning projects and initiatives
Required skills:
Self-starter with high levels of drive and desire to achieve
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and team working skills, ability to build strong relationships with learners at all levels
Proactive and resourceful problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve existing curriculum and solve for newly identified gaps
Exceptionally close attention to detail and accuracy needed, whilst being mindful of the big picture
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Ability to take the initiative and deal calmly with unexpected situations or last minute changes
