Stora Enso’s Swedish Learning Specialist is responsible for delivering Learning services for all our Swedish units. The responsibility includes catering for all learning demands in the different units in Sweden, local vendor agreements and learning framework implementation. The Learning Specialist belongs to the Shared Service Centre and reports to the Group HR Leadership-Talent-Organizational Development and Learning team.

The location for this position can be any Stora Enso site in Sweden.
Tasks
There is a big need to continue to support the competence development and learning experience in all Swedish units as well as to help build a learning culture across Stora Enso. The role provides a unique opportunity to take the next step in building a global learning organization together with the Leadership-Talent-Organizational Development and Learning team.
In this role you are responsible for:
• Proactive provisioning of learning and training activities for the units in Sweden as per SLA, mainly but not only focusing on the mills
• Delivering trainings for all Swedish units together with the Swedish HR shared service team in a close cooperation with trainers and managers
• Handling the agreements with vendors, making sure the quality of the trainings delivered stays high
• Charing the countrywide learning network with representatives from each mill/unit to define common learning needs and share best practices
• Participating in needed country level training and development committees
• Helping units to organize training programs, such as apprenticeship programs
• Together with Sourcing & Logistics, sourcing of suppliers for specific training requirements
• Communicating about training possibilities and working in close co-operation with business HR and managers.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a positive, proactive, self-motivated and outgoing personality who would like to work in an awesome team and who is able to drive things alone as well. We would like to see someone who has interest in the learning area and who can further strengthen the learning experience in the Swedish units, in close cooperation with local managers and HR. The person appointed will also be working to support the global learning process development.
You should have the following skills and competencies:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resource Development area
• Understanding of the process technology industry and the needed basic skills/qualifications in the area
• Process-oriented, organized way of working and the ability to work with data
• System knowledge, preferably working experience with SAP/ SAP SuccessFactors
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, is a must, ability to work in Swedish beneficial.
