About Us
Competence Development within Volvo Trucks Service Market and Retail Operations is responsible for providing training to the Volvo Trucks dealer network in Europe, Africa and Asia. We work in close collaboration with Sales Areas and Markets as well as with Volvo Group Digital & IT and Volvo Group University. Our ambition is to be number one in customer satisfaction when it comes to competent dealer staff. We strive towards making learning easy, by transforming our tools and methods. We aim to provide effective Competence Development solutions that contribute to reaching Volvo Truck business goals and sustainability goals.
We are now looking for a Learning System Manager to strengthen our capability to support our retail network with working in our Learning Management system Navigator.
Position Summary
As Learning System Manager for Retail you will be working with Navigator Learning and handle both operational questions (maintenance and support) and development. You will work closely with the existing Volvo Truck Learning System Manager and Expert. The first year you will also work closely with the Navigator for Retail roll-out project, that is now on the home-run to establish one Learning Management System for Volvo Trucks retail network. Key colleagues are also the Competence Development portfolio managers, responsible for the trainings in the learning management system, Navigator key users in the markets, the Navigator team in Volvo Digital & IT and Volvo Group University.
Key Responsibilities
Globally support Volvo Trucks Market Key Users and facilitate the key user network
Build and maintain Navigator competencies for different target groups
Actively work with improvements and manage change requests for Volvo Trucks
Participate in the global Volvo Group Navigator network
Secure up-to-date documentation e.g. training material, How-to-guides, etc.
Participate in new release acceptance testing
Internally support with Navigator reporting and follow-up
Wanted Profile
As a Volvo Trucks Learning System Manager you need to be able to work efficiently and trustfully in your daily work. You will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. It is important you have a positive mindset and like to support and coach. You need to be structured and like to work with system and process related questions and development. You must also have a strong quality focus and strive to get things done.
Required Competencies
Very good understanding of solution and process management. Experience from similar business positions in an international setting is an advantage.

Good understanding in change management and helping others to learn to work in new ways

Qualifications
University degree within systems sciences, process management or equivalent
IT Solution and Process management competence
Learning management knowledge
Good understanding of the retail network set up
Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken
The position is based in Gothenburg.
