As a part of the Centre of Expertise, Volvo Car Academy is the corporate learning centre for Volvo Car Group. Volvo Car Academy, a part of HRs centre of expertise, has the task to be the specialist in learning! We clarify, develop and transfer the competence needs of today and tomorrow into optimized learning activities. We are now looking for a Learning Specialist.
In the role as Learning Technologies Specialist you work in a team of 5 Learning Specialists where you take the main responsibility for providing and developing e-learning. You will be the company specialist in e-learning in regards of pedagogic models, methods and tools and are responsible for being updated in e-learning development. You will have the main responsibility for supporting within the area of blended learning and collaboration.
Main responsibilities

* Secure and provide new e-learning activities after demands from Units Competence Board, to ensure efficient and consistent execution across Volvo Car Group
* Work on a tactical and operative level to implement and develop the e-learning strategy
* Secure excellence in learning and competence management
* Take a lead in implementation in the Collaboration area
* Optimise the total learning investments and find synergies
* Work through the internal networks to secure proactive information regarding strategic and/or operational needs
* Build an external network of Business schools, Universities and important suppliers in order to deliver most efficient solutions and benchmark

Required qualifications

* University degree in Pedagogy, Psychology or Social Science
* Experience in pedagogical/didactic work and/or development projects
* Worked in global complex organisations
* Experience in development of blended learning and e-learning implementation.
* Fluent in English
