Our customer is a bic actor in the international automotive business.

Experienced buyer of indirect material and services, with focus on marketing & sales related pruchasing.

The assignment is a combination of cover for parental leave over 6 months and to secure purchasing can deliver necessary agreement in time, during a very busy time. The assignment will be varied with a mix of strategic and operational purchasing work. Experience of indirect purchasing is a must.
Since the assignment stretches over summer, ability to work major part of this period is valued.

Assignment Description
* Support the marketing team with purchasing activities based on business needs. This is mainly marketing & sales related services, such as marketing agencies, events, etc, but could also be other indirect business needs.

* Drive RFP/RFQ-process for both framework agreements and projects, negotiations to secure the best contracts, and guide the business stakeholders in the sourcing process, how to write RFP/RFQs, etc.
* Manage purchase requisition flow and set up and execute purchase orders (SAP)
* Vendor Master Data maintenance (SAP)
* The assignment covers the whole purchasing process so it includes both strategic purchasing work as well as operational tasks.

* You will be part of a small purchasing team at our customer, and expected to work onsite at Lindhomen. Occasional travel in Europe may be needed.

Requirements
* Experience of strategic purchasing (i.e. running RFP/RFQs for framework agreements as well as one-offs)
* Experience of buying services and big plus if marketing services (agencies, events, etc)
* Strong negotiations skills (commercial negotiations and understanding of contracts)
* SAP (MM) experience is plus
