We're[looking for a persone to[perform a great variety of tasks giving assistance to individuals as well as administrative support to the department.The job will include broad and intensive internal and external contacts, when administrating different assignments.This is a Temporary position.In this position you will support the complete team by preparing meetings, reports and scheduling travels.Other responsibilities will be to draft minutes, administrate log books and action lists, prepare presentation and investigate on formal legal matters.The intellectual property administrative support with a focus on the trademark team consists of:[[ - [[[[[[[[ Update information and queries in databases for contracts, patents, designs and trademarks - [[[[[[[[ Keep record of legal documents to be signed by partners & agents as well as file documents in archive and internal database - [[[[[[[[ Report on own intellectual property related activities based on internal database - [[[[[[[[ Prepare and file trademark and domain name applications - [[[[[[[[ Prepare documents for trademark renewals - [[[[[[[[ External communication with network of world-wide external agents - [[[[[[[[ Handle invoices from the trademark agents - [[[[[[[[ Answer formal actions (letters from our agents, request for examination, paying fees, etc) and answer internal inquiries[[ To fit in[the team you should be very service minded.You have a couple of year's experience of similar tasks, perhaps at an international company or law firm.The position requires a professional and team oriented individual with high integrity and the ability to work pro-active with set targets.Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal together with strong intrapersonal and communication skills.[[[ As a person you take pride in giving accurate service and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office, and other administrative tools.
