Are you the independent and “hands on” person with a legal mindset we´ve been looking for?! As Legal Administrator at Stena Line your role is to support the Industrial Relations function, the Crewing department but also other HR functions by reviewing, structuring and storing central and local agreement. It is an interface position, where you will have contact with great people across the international HR organization. Here you can make a real contribution to get the business sorted and your own ideas realized in terms of structure, setting new standards and help the organization in terms of legal compliance.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Review central and local union agreements in Scandinavia and Poland
- Check realization and interpretation and identification of clarification points
- Support HR functions in legal clarification discussions with the unions 
- Arrange workshop with HR functions to secure correct interpretation of legal documents
- Secure and realize organized digital storage and optimize search function
- Get documentation and administration in order
- Ensure common understanding and standardized realization of negotiated discussion points

Our HR functions are important for this journey ahead and we are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team. It is a total new role, where you will be reporting directly to the Area Head of HR, due to the cross regional and cross functional work. In this role you can expect collaborative colleagues, a lot of work and a thankfulness if you are able to get things sorted. We are looking for you who are not afraid of  “hands on work” in terms of digitalizing documents and in parallel eager to dig into the history of legal agreements.  

Qualifications:
- Preferably a university degree within law studies
- Preferably previous experience from a similar role
- Previous experience working with legal agreements
- IT affinity
- Profound and expert skills in English and Swedish, Polish is a plus
