OM TJÄNSTEN
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic legal administrator/ paralegal to join our IP Legal department as part of Electrolux’ Group Legal Affairs function. The position is to cover for parental leave and will be for an initial period of 12 months. You will provide the full range of administrative support for the IP Legal function and report to Electrolux’ Head of IP Legal. IP Legal has a core role in the development, use and protection of intellectual property rights for the Electrolux Group.

The team strives to be true business partners and they work closely with all parts of the Electrolux organization that develops, uses and protects the Group’s intellectual property across the world. By understanding the operations and business drivers, IP Legal takes an active part in achieving the business objectives. It is a global function with a specialist role that sees intellectual property as an important tool to enhance shareholder value.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* You will work closely with the team of IP specialists providing legal administrative support for the IP legal team.


* You will be responsible for the preparation and revision of powers of attorney relating to IP activities, the finalization, execution and retention of legal agreements, the legalization of documents, administration of the IP Legal budget, coordinating meetings and preparing travel and expense reports.
* Depending on your experience, you may also coordinate important programs in Group Legal Affairs, including its webinar program and intranet site as well as supporting the completion of non-disclosure agreements and the process of dealing with unsolicited inventions.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* You have about 2-5 years experience of being a legal administrator/paralegal


* You have experience within document management, meeting coordination, invoice management, document finalization and execution etc.
* Ideally you have some experience in a multi-national company and/or working in an international environment towards multi-functional teams
* You have experience in dealing with IT tools and systems
* You are fluent in English
