The Legal Affairs division in Sweden consists of approximately 20 lawyers who support TeliaSonera AB and its Swedish subsidiary units with legal and regulatory advice.
THE INTERNSHIP
Diversity Challenge is offering a fulltime paid internship within Legal Affairs at TeliaSonera, where you will have the opportunity to work with our diverse legal team challenged with a variety of legal tasks.
Your tasks will include
- Legal research in various areas
- Participate and Advice in business operations queries
- Assist in negotiation processes for various businesses
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, general conditions and other legal documents
- Handling disputes/ litigation
- Information and training in legal and regulatory affairs
The Internship is located in Stockholm (Farsta) with flexible starting date after mid January 2014, preferably as soon as possible.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a graduate in law and most likely hold a couple of years experience in legal work. You are analytical and can run your case independently and interested in working within the telecommunication sector.
In addition, we see that the right candidate:
- Possess good communication skills and a service oriented mind-set
- Have the ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Hold negotiating skills and business acumen
- Is fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
- Have good stylistic ability
- Former work-experience as law clerk or corporate lawyer is considered meritorious
