About the position
Perido is looking for a Legal Assistant to our client, their goal is to devote the company’s talent and technology to create superior products and services that contributes to a better global society. You will be based at their office in Kista, just outside Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, your main task will be supporting all lawyers in contract management and compliance administration, alongside with GDPR requests. You will be working closely with the Contract and Compliance supervisor and be a part of the Legal team. You will learn how different Legal systems work in a multinational corporation, not least by uploading and archiving contract and monitor and follow up on the contract process in the organization. You will cooperate with all different departments internally and be able to participate in various internal activities – in areas you are interested in (join various internal trainings and meetings, for example).

Requirements
Relevant work experience

Good M/S Office skills

Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment for one year, with possibility of extension. Start as soon as possible.
