Our cloud-based service is the standard tool for digitizing manuals for small to mid-sized flight operators. We help our clients become more successful, safe and happy by simplifying the editing process as well as the distribution of operational manuals.

We are looking for an excellent Compliance Associate
The objective of the Legal and Compliance Counsel is to ensure a growth-enabled business based on just culture and continuous improvement, by performing audits as well as monitoring of compliance with regulations and standards as well as documenting of business functions and practices. The external compliance is mainly focused on ISO 9001 (Quality Management) & ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security).
Responsibilities in the role
· Legal:
o To ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
§ EU, US, Swedish and Singapore laws and regulations;
§ National and international aviation regulations and standards.
o To manage contact with authorities in legal matters.
· Compliance:
o To ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards, including:
§ ​ISO 9001 (Quality Management);
§ ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management);
o To manage the Deviation Report Process and immediately address severe deviations and risks.
o To encourage a mindset of quality, risk awareness and information security among employees.
o To manage Risk Management activities.
o To plan and conduct audits according processes in the Management System Manual.
o To manage external audit reports and certificates.
o To prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly compliance reports.
o To assist in improving the Management System on a regular basis.
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
● University degree in International Law or equivalent
● Experience of working in an international environment (meriting)
● Knowledge of ISO is meriting
● Interest in learning new software systems
● Fluent in English
