What will your role be?
As a Junior Legal Counsel you will provide legal advice and support for commercial (and corporate as needed) matters in primarily Northern Europe, but also other EMEAR countries as needed. You will be part of a team of experienced lawyers across the EMEAR and you will report to the Head of Legal for EuroNorth.

You will review and draft simple commercial agreements and support your senior colleagues in contracts administration, drafting and negotiation. Your main areas of focus are commercial transactions and contracts. The role could also include work related to employment law, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance issues and support in M&A transactions as needed.

As key thought leader and business advisor in the company you have excellent advocacy, communication, organization, and time management skills. You are a team player, responsive, and can consistently meet turnaround times in a fast-moving environment.


The challenges ahead
Support the EuroNorth Legal team with contract administration, review and drafting as needed and assigned.
Review and draft simple commercial agreements, such as NDAs, purchasing agreements and software-related contracts.
Actively contribute to EMEAR Legal Department initiatives and projects such as templates, playbooks and policy drafting.
You will participate in internal and external meetings together with your senior colleagues and you will help with follow-up actions such as organization meetings or drafting of simple legal documents.
Develop and provide employees training materials regarding legal processes, corporate compliance and other legal topics.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast past environment.


Your key success factors
Master in Laws (LLM) degree
Fluent in English (including Legal English)
Attention to detail and structure
Ability to communicate and work effectively with other legal team members, sales, finance, professional services, operations, and other internal teams in the Geo and across the world
Self-starter and taking initiatives
Focus on solving problems and finding solutions
Team player and a positive attitude
Good sense of humor
