AB Tetra Pak AB Tetra Pak is a management company for Tetra Pak's operations in Sweden, and serves as the parent company for some 13 subsidiaries.AB Tetra Pak is also the host for a number of global units within the Tetra Pak group.Our company has approx.380 employees.Legal and Tax consists of a team of in-house legal counsels, tax experts, patent and trademark attorneys closely integrated into the business.We operate globally with the support of external advisors.We are now looking for a LEGAL COUNSEL based in Lund, Sweden and reporting to the Vice-President, Legal & Tax, Supply Chain Operations. In this position, you will mainly guide and support the business unit Supply Chain Operations (SCO) which is responsible for driving operational performance and has full supply chain responsibility for packaging material, additional material and capital equipment.This includes activities such as purchasing, order handling, production and logistics.You will also provide legal support to the business unit Development & Engineering (D&E), responsible for developing, producing and maintaining Tetra Pak's packaging systems and distribution solutions.As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the ability to advise on a variety of matters in a fast-paced environment.You will also work in close partnership with SCO and D&E colleagues to achieve business objectives. Your main responsibilities will be: .Drafting key supply, outsourcing and development contracts and supporting the negotiation, implementation and termination of such contracts .Advising on key decisions which arise in the course of supplier management, manufacturing and development activities including those relating to litigation (claims, insolvency etc.), intellectual property rights, export control, competition law, product safety and other regulatory issues .Developing, improving and launching template agreements, checklists and other tools .Training and developing strong contract managers .Supervising external legal counsel We are looking for a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years experience in Swedish law and currently working as an in-house legal counsel in an international environment and/or with a law firm (including a period of in-house secondment) in the above areas - particularly supply contracts, intellectual property law and dispute resolution.You will have a high level of business awareness and can easily deliver business-oriented advice. You have excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken and are used to interacting with people from many cultures.You are proactive, service-minded and a team player, yet comfortable with taking the lead and managing projects and with a strong capacity to resolve issues as and when they arise.
