Legal Counsel

Summary

As Legal Counsel you will assist the APSIS Organisation with all kinds of legal related work, primarily focusing on customer and supplier agreements. You will mainly work with commercial law with a focus on commercial agreements, IT and GDPR. Your duties will include, inter alia, to independently review and negotiate agreements and provide the privacy perspective to development of APSIS; products and services.

Work Description

Your duties will include, inter alia, to independently review and negotiate agreements and provide the privacy perspective to development of APSIS’ products and services. Work will be performed mostly in the English language.

You will work in a well-known international company and get the opportunity to work with interesting legal aspects in a business driven organisation that is constantly at the forefront of development. Requirements

We expect you to have a law degree (MSc of Law or a “Svensk juristexamen”) and have at least 2 years’ experience after graduation. You should be focused on commercial law, preferably with a specialisation in commercial agreements and personal data.

As a person you are a skilled and qualitative legal professional with integrity that is also pragmatic, driven and results oriented. You also possess social and cooperation skills. You master the Swedish and English language very well, both verbally and in writing.

Position type

Initially this will be a part time position 50%, but we believe within a year and a half it will be a full time position. We are flexible if you prefer to work everyday or a few days per week, but it is important that you can work during office hours. The heavy load of work is close to end of month.
