Your mission?
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support and expertise regarding legal issues arising from business activities with customers, partners and subcontractors.
Your key responsibilities?
Reporting to Head of Legal in the Nordics you will be supporting the business in all legal matters where the key accountabilities include:
Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement.
Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.
Handling of corporate law matters.
Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Your profile?
Business oriented with a proactive approach to tasks, taking initiatives and responsibilities. You are open-minded, solution oriented and a team player, that has:
Graduate Law degree in business law with relevant experience in an international business environment or law firm
Proven experience with international contracts and public tenders
Fluent in English and Swedish is your first-language.
