What you will get to do
As the third Legal Counsel in our growing company you will be a central point in our organisation and will work with a broad spectrum of tasks. You will get to work in a multinational team of experienced colleagues within legal, compliance and finance. You will also work closely with the HR team and assist in policy drafting, advice in HR legal matters, as well as collaborate with other teams across Detectify. Apart from this you will also:
Support in data privacy and GDPR related matters
Work with various corporate legal matters and formalities for Detectify’s offices in Sweden and the US
Draft and update standard legal terms and standard contracts
Work closely with the sales teams in both Sweden and the US by drafting, creating, reviewing and approving sales agreements
Be our expert on laws related to Internet security
Assist in internal legal questions related to marketing and trademark
Work with investment and financing deals
Carry out legal reviews of suppliers
Plan and execute internal trainings

Who you are
You are passionate about learning new things and improving your knowledge from both the legal and business perspectives. You have a genuine interest in delving into the world of Internet Security and Security Research. You thrive in an international setting and you are a true team player who likes to work cross-functionally. You feel comfortable with changes and the challenges of being part of a fast-paced organization.
Ideally, you have:
3 years of work experience in corporate legal and commercial contractual matters
Experience of working in a technology company
Experience in the legal aspects of SaaS and cloud environments
An academic degree in, preferably, Business-oriented Law (experience in both civil and common law jurisdiction is a plus)
Fluent English and advanced Swedish skills
