Over the course of the past five years we have grown to a business of over 1,500 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience known to man. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it in a sustainable way. It should be easy to shop online and therefore we offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes. We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon.



We're now looking for a Legal Counsel, within our Nordic organisation, and hopefully, that is where you come in!

What you will be doing

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for a broad range of legal matters and work as a support function for the Nordic organisation, with the goal of removing obstacles and finding solutions for Instabox to reach its company targets.

One of the tasks will be to support the commercial team in contract negotiations and tender processes, as well as support management with research and evaluation of different risk factors in business decisions and operations. You will work proactively with finding long term solutions for managing and solving legal issues that are discovered and support the organization with ad hoc legal questions that arise in a fast growing tech company.

In this role you will report to the general manager of Instabox Sweden and work closely with the group legal team.

Who you are

We expect you to be a solution orientated Legal Counsel with a Swedish law degree and some years experience from in-house counselling and if you have some experience from a law firm in addition it would be valuable. You have experience from negotiating commercial agreements and preferably also real estate agreements.

We think you have an eye for detail but also the ability to adopt a helicopter perspective when needed. You have great interpersonal skills, you are ambitious and able to keep your head cool. As we are an international company you have to be fluent in Swedish and English and you need to be able to read and understand Danish and Norwegian.
