Resolution Games is a leading Stockholm based VR/AR studio focused on creating immersive experiences for all - from gamers to non-gamers alike. We are now looking for a lawyer to join our talented team in a fast-growing industry. Are you what we are looking for?

What you’ll do

This is a great chance to be part of the VR and AR future as you will become an essential part of a talented team that works on creating VR and AR social games that everyone can enjoy. You will be working closely with our General Counsel and provide legal advice in all phases of game development, negotiate contracts with our partners, manage legal projects and ensure the growth of a company.

Requirements

- You are a certified lawyer and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an in-house counsel in an international company or in a law firm.
- Your work experience includes legal support within the software industry in a multitude of jurisdictions.
- Your work experience includes legal drafting and contract negotiations.
- You pay attention to details like solving problems and are organized.


Nice to have

- Work experience including M&As, HR-related matters, or corporate governance.
