Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Legal Counsel who has:
2-5 years of post-qualified legal experience
Strong English legal writing and legal research skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment and to act decisively
The ability to work on multiple projects to a high standard simultaneously
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills with solid business acumen, this is essential
Experience and exposure to drafting and negotiation of international commercial agreements, familiar with intellectual property. Exposure to alternative dispute resolution methods is preferable, but not mandatory.
Prior experience with corporate legal aspects is considered an advantage.
Potentially had previous experience working within the iGaming industry, however, it is not a requirement



Job description
From day one you will single-handedly take on full responsibility in all legal aspects of Leadstar Media. You will work closely with our Management team as they aid you in building a strong platform for the legal department.
Your work tasks will include the following:
Drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating legal contracts with iGaming operators
Drafting, reviewing and advising other potential legal contracts
Drafting, reviewing, advising on application processes of affiliate licenses in different legal jurisdictions
Keeping updated on current changes in all relevant areas of law
Advising on the legal and regulatory risk involved in Leadstar Media business
Advising internal stakeholders, including Account Management and Human Resources, in contract negotiations, general legal and commercial concerns
Litigious and non-litigious matters working with external lawyers and government agencies as necessary
