Legal Counsel

Hey Legal Counsel, are you up for a new and fun adventure (yep, you read that right!)? Awesome, because we’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team! We need someone who’s eager to put their legal skills into our fast paced, forward thinking and future proof LMD* company. We’re no longer a startup, but that feeling, environment and mentality is something we never want to let go of - come join the fun!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Be responsible for day to day legal matters in Sweden

- Supporting our commercial teams, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

- Supporting development of existing and new businesses

- Corporate maintenance and project management

- Regulatory compliance (primarily for food business and logistics, but we are continuously expanding our scope of business)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree within Swedish Master of Law (LL.M)

- At least 2-3 years experience from a law firm or as inhouse Legal Counsel, preferably from similar businesses

- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing

- It will be considered a plus if you have experience from tech, platforms, fmcg and logistics/LMD* and other fast paced environments such as start ups
