LEGAL COUNSEL

Kvalifikationer
- At least 5 years’ relevant work experience from a company or law firm
- Negotiation experience from negotiations of commercial agreements with vendors or customers of all sizes
- Experience in contract law, including drafting commercial agreements - it is an advantage if you have previous experience from tech and IT
- Understanding of the basic financial aspects of a business deal
- The ability to evaluate opportunities and risks related to commercial agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional English required)

Job Description
To our client who is a Swedish listed retail company in the clothing industry, we are now looking for a Legal Counsel to Tech Legal & Procurement within Group Legal at the Stockholm Head Office. Tech Legal & Procurement is a team which currently consists of 9 people, which provides legal, negotiation and procurement support. In this role, you will participate in procurement projects, provide commercial, contractual and negotiation expertise for the tech and IT area across functions, brands, regions and markets, including risk identification and mitigation. You will draft, review and interpret legal documents. The role also includes providing advice and supporting documentation during all phases of a business relationship.

Personal qualities
To succeed in the role as a Legal Counsel, you need to be business-minded and analytical with great communication skills. You have a strong ability and willingness to listen. You are creative and have good judgement. You don't need to have a law degree or experience from legal teams as long as you have experience in contract negotiation within IT.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full-time, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-08-14 and is expected to run until 2022-12-23 with a chance for extension.
