Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who likes to work in a flat-structured, driven, friendly, and fun enviroment.
We handle very sensitive information and make sure to take all precautions we can to protect it as well as our relationships and obligations with our very prestigous client base and investors. This role, based in Stockholm, will lead all our legal efforts, in both internal and external matters.
You will report to our COO and work very close with all C-level management, HR and CISO. We consider ourselves dynamic, pragmatic, and quality-oriented and are happy to see that you are too.
To be successful in this role, you voice your opinions, you like to take responsibility for - and influence your own work as well as the company´s effort as a whole. Leading always by example.
Ideally experienced in
Worked as a Legal Counsel at a SaaS company
Worked at a reputable law firm
Minimum 8 years total experience
Experienced in international software SaaS agreements
Extensive GDPR knowledge
Start-up and/or scale-up enviroments
