We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join the legal team at GTT in Gothenburg. The team today has 10 members, located in Gothenburg, Sweden, US and France.
Are you an engaged lawyer with experience from automotive and electromobility and also have a genuine interest in technology? Are you a passionate team player with a business oriented can-do mind-set? Do you want to grow and develop in an exciting industry together with a professional team? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
The Legal Counsel we are looking for will:
Be responsible for and manage various legal issues related to electromobility, including advice about upcoming legislation, and other R&D topics.
Draft and negotiate various complex agreements, like development agreements and co-operation agreements.
Be the primary contact person for and work in close collaboration with one of our engineering functions – Electromobility – and be part of a Volvo Group electromobility executive leadership team.
The Legal Counsel we are looking should have:
A University degree in law and a minimum of [six] years of working experience (from a law firm, as in-house legal counsel or equivalent).
Experience from automotive and electromobility is a strong preference.
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements.
Excellent command of English.
A proactive and lean in approach, combined with high integrity.
