Your mission
In this position, you manage strategic projects and provide legal advice within your area of responsibility. You collaborate with our global legal and compliance team, divisions, and sales areas to ensure a proactive identification of legal opportunities and risks and initiates and manage global template documentation and processes where appropriate. You also support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts including improving legal training in several legal areas.
You’re preferably seated in Stockholm, but other locations can be considered. Some travel will be a natural part of your job.

Your character
We’re looking for someone with a law degree and experience of working life. You preferably have a background in a variety of areas such as Competition Law, IT Tech, Commercial Law or Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), along with familiarity in navigating a business field like this one, both from an internal and external point of view. Working in a global environment and managing international stakeholders calls for mastering of the English language, in verbal and written form, however, knowing another language is also advantageous.

You plan and execute your own workflow, which means that you’re strategic in your approach, and with a technical and communicative touch since you’re used to creating meaningful contact and relationships.
