Legal Counsel M&A - Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology

Our Legal & Compliance Common Function plays a key role in our business strategy – aiming for continuous growth, both organically and through M&As, and we now look to strengthen our team with a confident Legal Counsel with a solid M&A background. Your mission and background
Our team is responsible for supporting the business achieve its objectives by providing pragmatic legal advice and supporting proactively assessing and mitigating key risks. This requires accuracy, strong integrity and a solid business understanding, as well as proficiency across legal and compliance disciplines.


You have a proven track record within M&A, working at a reputable business law firm for at least four – five years. Experience in transactions on the Sell-Side and Buy-Side involving both Industrial and Technology/Digital related Companies is advantageous.

In this position, you get to balance your dedication to corporate and commercial law with your business-driven mind in a truly global setting. We’re looking for someone with a Swedish Law degree and you need excellent communication skills in English.

You report directly to the Business Area General Counsel and are located in Stockholm. Travel between our sites in Sweden and Europe and some other international travel is a natural part of your job.
