Legal Counsel Sweden

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to be responsible for providing legal support to our businesses in Sweden and corporate function, with particular focus on general contract law, Swedish employment law and privacy law. The position is located in Stockholm. You will be part of a cross Nordic legal team and report to Legal Director Trine B. Welhaven.

In order to succeed in this position you will need:

A Legal degree


Work experience gained either as an in-house counsel or in a law firm


Expertise in Swedish employment law and contract law


Knowledge of privacy law


Fluent in Swedish and excellent English skills


Independent and business-oriented


Ability to take a stand and be assertive


Excellent communication skills


Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage variable workloads


Responsibilities:

Legal support and assistance to Managing Directors, managers and HR professionals in the different Visma companies in Sweden


Support and assistance within employment law when acquiring and integrating new companies


Facilitate good cooperation with Swedish unions


Create legal procedures and guidelines for HR and management


Establish a common Personnel Handbook for the legal units in Sweden
