Kvalifikationer
- You are an intellectual property lawyer or a commercial lawyer with IP experience
- At least 3 years relevant experience with a solid law-firm background
- Ideally you have some experience in a multi-national company and/or working in an international environment towards multi-functional teams
- You have proven experience in giving fast and efficient business-minded legal support and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- You have some experience of working with general IP-related transactional and/or contentious matters
- Experience in IT legal matters is an advantage
- You have a law degree from at least one jurisdiction
- You are fluent in English
- The role involves some travel, so you are flexible to travel when required

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Intellectual Property or commercial lawyer to join our global client’s IP Legal department as part of their Group Legal Affairs function. The position is to cover for parental leave and will be for an initial period of 8 months. You will provide IP-related legal support for our client’s activities around the globe and report to the Head of IP Legal. IP Legal has a core role in the development, use and protection of intellectual property rights for the client. The team strives to be true business partners and they work closely with all parts of the client’s organization that develops, uses and protects the Group’s intellectual property across the world. By understanding the operations and business drivers, IP Legal takes an active part in achieving the business objectives. It is a global function with a specialist role that sees intellectual property as an important tool to enhance shareholder value. You will be one of their team of IP specialists providing IP-related legal advice and support for the client’s business functions. You will provide business-focused and strategic IP advice related to commercial projects and disputes. You will advise on, draft, and negotiate agreements, including development, license, settlement, and confidentiality agreements. You will provide legal advice in relation to marketing campaigns. Part of your role may also be to support complex intellectual property litigation as part of a team of IP experts. You may be required prepare and provide relevant training and knowledge sharing on the legal aspects of these activities to business and other members of the Legal Affairs team. Part of your role can also be to support IP aspects of M&A.

Salary
As agreed.

Admission and Application
